1. About ManoVigyani

ManoVigyani is an online mental health practitioner directory operated by Mindgrafts Academy ("we", "us", "our"), registered in India. The platform lists verified mental health professionals and helps people in India find appropriate support. We are not a healthcare provider, medical practitioner, or crisis service.

By using ManoVigyani — whether as a seeker, a listed therapist, or a visitor — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Not Medical Advice

ManoVigyani is a directory service only. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan. The self-assessment tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7) are validated screening questionnaires for awareness purposes only — they are not diagnostic tools and their results should not be acted upon without consulting a qualified mental health professional.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call the Vandrevala Foundation helpline at 1800-2662-345 (free, 24/7) or iCall at 9152987821 immediately. Do not rely on this website for emergency support.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use ManoVigyani. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
• Therapist applicants must hold valid qualifications and, where applicable, RCI/MCI/state council registration at the time of listing.
• You must provide accurate information when submitting any form on this site.

4. Therapist Listings

Therapists listed on ManoVigyani are independent professionals. They are not employees or agents of Mindgrafts Academy. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcomes of any therapy or consultation provided by a listed practitioner.

We verify credentials against official RCI/MCI registries as a best-effort service. Verification confirms registration status at the time of check — it does not constitute an endorsement of clinical skill or suitability for any particular client.

If you believe a listed therapist has acted unethically or harmfully, please report it to us at hello@manovigyani.in. We will investigate and remove listings where warranted.

5. Therapist Subscription Plans — Payments & Refunds

Therapist subscription plans (Free, Verified ₹5,000/yr, Premium ₹18,000/yr) are billed annually. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay's payment terms.

Refund policy:

• Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if no profile has been published or verified. Email hello@manovigyani.in with your order ID.
• After 7 days, before 6 months of the subscription year: 50% pro-rata refund at our discretion, provided there is a documented technical failure on our part.
• After 6 months: No refund. The subscription year is considered substantially used.
• Downgrades: You may downgrade to the Free plan at any time. No refund is issued for unused paid-tier days; access continues until the billing period ends.

To request a refund, email hello@manovigyani.in with subject "Refund Request — [your email]" within the applicable window. We aim to process refunds within 10 business days.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fabricated credentials or reviews.
• Use the site to harass, contact, or solicit therapists or seekers outside the intended enquiry flow.
• Scrape, copy, or republish directory listings without our written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent credential verification or impersonate a registered practitioner.
• Use the platform for any purpose that violates Indian law, including the Mental Healthcare Act 2017 and Information Technology Act 2000.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal of your listing or account without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ManoVigyani — including the brand name, logo, copy, design, and code — is owned by Mindgrafts Academy unless otherwise stated. Therapist profile content (bio, photo) remains the intellectual property of the practitioner. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform while your listing is active.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Mindgrafts Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ManoVigyani, interactions with listed therapists, or reliance on any content on the site.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹5,000 — whichever is lower.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

ManoVigyani may link to third-party sites (e.g., therapists' own websites, Razorpay, crisis helplines). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party service.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of ManoVigyani shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at hello@manovigyani.in. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services or legal obligations change. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the homepage. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
